It is produced from a blend of three honeys, Acacia, stachys and sunflower and is fermented and aged for 6 months in steel.
It has a straw-yellow color and a transparent brilliance, which evolves with aging.
It opens with fruity notes of apple and white peach then white Acacia and jasmine flowers and a slight fragrance of honey and sweet spices, cardamom and anise. It is dry and clean on the palate and goes perfectly with oysters and seafood, fresh goat cheese and oriental dishes.
