It is obtained by infusing star-shapped anise in our Organic Acacia honey.
Production method
After the infusion, once the scent and flavor of the honey is soaked in anise, we put it in jars.

Visual Examination
PHYSICAL STATE: It remains liquid for a long time, may become turbid due to the formation of crystals, but never crystallizes completely.
COLOR: Slightly more golden than our Acacia honey because of the infusion with anise.
Olfactory Examination
ODOR INTENSITY: Medium...
ODOR DESCRIPTION: Unique. Reminiscent of anise and licorice. For those who know it, remember Varnelli, a historic distillate from the Marche region.
Taste Examination
TASTE: Delicate and spicy.
AROMA DESCRIPTION: Characteristics of anise, with vanilla and licorice fragrances.

It fears heat and humidity. Store in a dry place with temperatures between 15 and 28 degrees. Keep away from direct light.
