Country of origin
It is obtained by aging our Organic Acacia honey in French oak barrels used for aging Kurni.
Once our Acacia honey is harvested we put it in French oak barrels "François Freres" previously used by Marco Casolanetti for aging Kurno. We leave it to age for nine months here too.
PHYSICAL STATE: It remains liquid for a long time, may become turbid due to the formation of crystals, but never crystallizes completely.
COLOR: Stronger and more intense than the “Il Carato”.
ODOR INTENSITY: Strong intensity.
ODOR DESCRIPTION: Unique. Reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit, important floral boquet.
AROMA DESCRIPTION: Sour cherry, cherry, raspberry. All with references to the previously aged Kurni.

It fears heat and humidity. Store in a dry place with temperatures between 15 and 28 degrees. Keep away from direct light.
This honey should be enjoyed as simply as possible: with a ceramic teaspoon.
